Since links often don't work overseas I've copied the short article and will paste it below. They make it clear that they are not trying to imitate the boys but pay homage to them. It's great to see they are appreciated by the younger set.

Brothers Zachary and Dylan Zmed celebrate the music of The Everly Brothers with a feel-good show at Danbury’s Palace Theatre on Saturday, Nov. 10.

The Zmed brothers, performing with the Bird Dog Band, capture the tight harmonies and vocal chemistry of Phil and Don Everly, who sold more than 60 million records.

Songs such as “Bye Bye Love” earned The Everly Brothers fans around the world, including Paul Simon, who once said, “Phil and Don Everly were the most beautiful sounding duo I ever heard.”

They were inducted into The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1986. Later, in 2001, they were inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Zachary and Dylan Zmed will perform many of the duo’s hits when they bring their show, “The Everly Brothers Experience,” to the stage. But don’t expect them to impersonate the musician/singers. That’s not what this is about.

“Our aim is not to impersonate The Everly Brothers, but to honor their iconic sound and the important role they played pioneering the rock ’n’ roll movement,” they said in a statement.

If their last name, Zmed, sounds familiar, it may be because their father is Adrian Zmed, who played officer Vince Romano on television’s “T.J. Hooker.”

The Palace Danbury, 165 Main St., Danbury. Saturday, Nov. 10, 8 p.m. $35. 203-794-9944, thepalacedanbury.com

Saw the Wilson? brothers here in the UK a few months back and the show was performed to a packed auditorium so there are many, many people who are still loving the Everly Brothers and their music! great to hear the Zmed brothers are packing them out in the US too!

I saw The Wilson Brothers too DeeDee! The show itself needs a lot more money throwing at it! The brothers need a better make over and a real good copy of the Everly's tuxedos! It has the makings of an excellent show! If only I could have stopped thinking how much I wanted it all to be the real thing. No two will ever rise to half that we have been so fortunate to have seen, when watching the real thing!

However, the Wilson brothers have so obviously worked very hard on all the harmony and it’s a great credit to them! xxx
