Thought one line said,"I've been a lonely surfer dude" but on reflection, think it might be "a lonely searcher, too". Probably makes more sense.
New one to me, too.

Great to hear this again. It's ages since I heard it last, took me right back. Wonderful harmony as ever.

This lovely little song is the only Bryant ( Boudleaux)/Everly (Don) song writing cooperation.
It was recorded in April 1965 and issued as the flip side to ‘I’ll Never Get Over You’.

Lyrics: (especially for Judy whose own word creation is wonderful fitting though. )

If you’re looking for love dear
That won’t fade away
Don’t look any further
My love will stay
Life holds the treasure and love is the key
Follow me
Follow me
I’ve been a lonely searcher too
But I’ll find the magic charm with you
Just believe in me
If you’re longing for kisses
That true love can give
Just don’t be afraid love
Wake up and live
Open your heart, let my love set you free
Follow me
Follow me
Follow me
Follow me
Follow me

The song is not to be confused with a lay of the same title that has nothing in common with the Everly's song:

@BobbyBri Thanks! There’s also a nice John Denver song with this title. Probably others, too.
Interesting Bryant connection. Wonder how that came about - and why only once.
Maybe because of the Acuff Rose separation around that time.
