I have accumulated these over the years, from all sources, including Bert, who often puts BP on his photos and Bert does love to frame the boys, so his photos are often easy to tell apart from others. There are some amazing artists who have captured them so well, then there are the caricatures etc.

ChrisW. So many good works of art from the heart! If I had to choose, I think it would be No.51 Phil! Such an interesting face to work on and such a beautiful smile! xxx

Thank you, you are all very welcome, yes save them Roxy. I decided to number them in case anyone asked a question about one and I could answer. I have the odd one or two with the artists name so I could tell you all. I had one missing or I would have posted them last week, I put a may day out for it and someone kindly gave me the one I had lost.

I am not sure if I should put them all into photo section because some will already be in there somewhere. Yesterday I could not put one photo in there at all. I do have a new beauty of Phil so I will try again.

I agree about them affecting you Rosie, Peter. Some are delightful.

My own favourites are 2/9/11/21/35/36/46/48/51 number 31 is a sketch on the back of an album, that one on it's own has alluded me. Number 39 makes you shed a tear I know. Number 41 is quite different in that there are some paper type dolls of the EB's and clothes you can put on them, I did have the paper doll cut outs but they are lost in my file somewhere.

34 for me. Didn't think I would select that one, but it 'captures' a lot of those times....evokes thoughts and memories.

I have lost how to contact Tree - I still cannot post a photo into there today. I have done in the past but for some reason it is not working for me now.

It says it is adding the photo but it does not actually do it. Can someone contact her on my behalf please. Thank you.

Chris,
This is another drawing I made for the record sleeve of an EP called "Ode to Don and Phil" my brother and recorded to celebrate 25 years Bye Bye Love in 1982. Margaret Everly wrote the liner notes.Great times and memories.

Hi Chris
Thought I would upload an image of an Everly Brothers 'assemblage' that I made for a charity auction event a few years back. I was amongst a number of artists invited to produce an artwork using a pair of canvas leisure shoes made by a company called 'Toms' who donate a pair of shoes to a needy child for every pair that they sell.
The brief was to decorate the shoes and also the shoe box and other packaging if desired
Many of the other contributors decorated the shoes with colourful designs, but I was struck by the fact that the shoes were packaged with a stiff carboard inner to keep the shape of the shoe. The cardboard inner looked to me for all the world like a skull with 2 eye-sockets, so I had the idea of making 2 faces. I also utilised the shoe box.
The finished article sold for £100

Hope the image uploads successfully.
